Chris lives in Hull, East Yorkshire along with his wife Kirsty and two cats Peanuts and Bananas.
Embarking on his first book launch with Auto Flipping Heck, Chris says – The original idea of a Penguin with auto flippers first popped into my head some ten years ago. The challenge was to build a credible story around the idea. I pretty well parked the idea for probably several years. In 2022, I finally had the story down on paper but without an illustrator it was put on hold once again. Quite out of the blue I was given the name of a local illustrator Antony Whitley. I got in touch with Antony and he agreed to start work on illustrating the book in February 2024. Many thanks Antony for bringing the story to life. In November 2024 the final illustration was
completed along with the editing.
